We offer free FedEx ground shipping on all orders to the continental United States.
Select Ground Shipping at checkout to receive. If you choose Expedited Shipping additional fees will apply. FedEx will not deliver to PO Boxes.
We will happily accept unworn, undamaged or defective full price product for exchange or refund within 14 days of receipt date from alexisbittar.com. Sale items are a final sale and therefore are not eligible for exchange or return. Online purchases will not be refunded by Alexis Bittar boutiques. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. Product returned between 15 and 30 days of receipt date will receive credit as a digital gift card. Shipping charges are not refundable.
