Domestic Shipping Information & Rates
**Due to COVID-19 and carrier delays, please allow additional time for order processing and shipping. Shipments to Canada are currently experiencing delays of up to 2-3 weeks.**

The following charges apply to packages shipped in the continental United States.

International Shipping Information & Rates

International shipping is currently available to most countries. See International Shipping Zones for a complete list. We ship all of our international orders with Passport, our trusted third-party international shipping partner. Passport has a number of shipping partners around the world that handle your local delivery and ensure your package arrives safely and quickly.

The following charges apply to packages shipped outside of the United States.

To create a better delivery experience for you, you can choose to ship your international orders either Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) where available or Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). Please note that shipping, taxes, and duties are non-refundable on all orders.

By shipping DDP, duties and taxes are collected directly at checkout so that your package is not stopped and held by customs. Please note that not all countries accept DDP. If that is the case in your country, you will only have the option of DDU at checkout.

If you choose to ship DDU, the duties and taxes are collected upon arrival at customs in your country. The duties and taxes are fully your responsibility to pay and to do so in a timely manner. If you fail to pay the duties and taxes or fail to do so by your country’s set deadline, your order will be abandoned and you will not receive any refund from Alexis Bittar.

Please note that duties and taxes assessed by customs vary by country and product. Alexis Bittar and Passport do not have any influence over the duties and taxes in your country nor do they have the ability to waive these fees.

Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive an email from us with your tracking information. You can track the progress of your order directly on your Alexis Bittar tracking page.

International orders are typically delivered within 8 -14 business days once the order has been fulfilled. Once your order has been fulfilled, the estimated delivery date will be shown on your tracking page. While most orders are ready fulfilled within 24 hours, some orders take additional time. Please allow 48 hours for processing. Most orders placed on Monday-Friday before 1 pm EST, will be fulfilled on the same day. Orders placed on Monday - Friday after 1 pm EST and orders placed on Saturday and Sunday, will be fulfilled the following business day.

If your package seems to stops moving on your tracking page at any point, do not fret! It is still on its way to you and is likely just clearing customs. Occasionally, there may be delays due to customs or weather events. If this happens, your tracking page will be updated with the latest shipping status.

Please Note: For UK orders, we've partnered with Passport Shipping and they will be the Seller for all orders to the UK £135 and Under.

PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIMES

Orders are processed, shipped and delivered Monday through Friday only. Orders are not processed, shipped or delivered on national holidays. All orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or on a national holiday, will be fulfilled the following business day. Order processing time includes item selection, handling, packaging and shipping carrier pickup. While most orders are ready to ship within 24 hours of placing the order, some orders take additional time. Please allow 48 hours for processing. All orders placed after 1pm EST will begin processing the following business day. We reserve the right to hold orders for verification.

Returns & Exchanges

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Standard return policy – in effect from January to October - We will happily accept unworn, undamaged product purchased at full price, or product received with manufacturing defects, for exchange or refund within 21 days of receipt date from AlexisBittar.com. Please report any order discrepancy within 14 days of delivery.

Holiday return policy – in effect from November to December - We will happily accept unworn, undamaged product purchased at full price, or product received with manufacturing defects, for exchange or refund* from date of purchase from AlexisBittar.com through January 15th of the following year. Please report any order discrepancy within 14 days of delivery.

Sale items and Design Your Own are final sale and therefore are not eligible for exchange or return.

Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. Once your return is processed, a credit will be issued for the merchandise amount only. Shipping charges, as well as taxes and duties, are not refundable. Please allow 12 - 14 business days from processing date for the refund to post to your account.

*Requests to exchange merchandise received as a gift must be accompanied by a gift receipt or order number. Product must be unworn, undamaged product purchased at full price, or product received with manufacturing defects, to be eligible for exchange or refund. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Refunds will not be made to the receiver of the gift.

All returns and exchanges are processed through Returnly. Click here to begin the easy returns process. During this process, you can choose a $5 flat rate return label or to use your own.

If you choose to use your own label, for your security, please return your purchase with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. Alexis Bittar is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

Once you complete the returns process:

1. Download and print your return shipping label (if using the flat rate label).

2. Pack the item(s) along with any jewelry pouches or other packaging. You can use your original shipping packaging, or your own. Please be sure to remove any previous mailing labels on the box, or completely cover it with the new label.

3. Take your package to any the appropriate carrier drop off location.

Any items shipped to Alexis Bittar without completing this process or without being issued a return authorization will be refused. Alexis Bittar is not responsible for items returned without authorization.

Alexis Bittar items purchased from other retailers are not eligible for refund or exchange with AlexisBittar.com.

PRICE ADJUSTMENT
We gladly honor one-time price adjustments on full price merchandise within 7 days of ship date if accompanied by the original receipt. Items not purchased at full price are ineligible for price adjustments. Prices are subject to change at any time. We reserve the right to cancel orders containing erroneous prices including those due to technical or administrative errors on our part.

Product Care & Repair

Product Care
Our Fashion Collections consist of plated metal, which may darken or tarnish with normal wear. Unfortunately, we are not able to repair discolored or tarnished items at this time. Gently wipe the metal surface with a soft cloth to clean, however, excessive polishing may rub off or scratch the plating. Avoid direct contact with lotions, perfumes or oils. Excessive light, heat or moisture will deteriorate the quality of Lucite, plating, and stones. Each piece is unique, so stones and pearls may vary in shape, size and color. Stone inclusions may be visible to the eye and are considered a part of their beauty.

Our Antique and Vintage items are sold ‘as is’. These items are at least 20 years old (vintage) or at least 100 years old (antique) and will show some wear in accordance with age and use. Please read descriptions and review photos to best understand the condition. These pieces come to us via trusted and reputable dealers, most of whom we have been working with for many years.

Vintage and Antique jewelry should be treated with delicate care and thoughtful wear. Avoid prolonged exposure to moisture, excessive heat or light. Gently wipe pieces with a soft, untreated cotton cloth before storing. It’s best to store pieces laid flat in a jewelry box or pouch made for that purpose with room between pieces to avoid scratches and other damage. Store like metals together as certain metals together can cause them to tarnish more quickly. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer repairs, ring resizing or certifications of authenticity on these pieces.

REPAIR
Fashion Collections:

Unfortunately we are unable to make repairs at this time due to factory restrictions surrounding Covid-19. However, we will make every effort to replace damaged Fashion items purchased in the past 12 months. Replacements will not be accepted on items purchased from an unauthorized retailer, sample sale or when the damage was caused by neglect, accident, alteration, or other factors. If you made your purchase through another authorized retailer, please first work directly with the retailer to initiate the repair process.

Antique and Vintage:

Because of their nature, antique and vintage pieces are always sold as is. We cannot make alterations or repair the natural flaws that may exist. The condition of an antique is considered in the pricing. We are also unable to offer ring resizing or certifications of authenticity on these pieces.

CHARGING YOUR CREDIT CARD
We do not charge your credit card until we ship your order to you. We authorize your credit card for the amount of the order to verify that the funds are available until the order is shipped. Orders are subject to verification and acceptance before shipping. We are not responsible for typographical errors.

If your order is sent in multiple shipments, whether to the same or to different addresses, your credit card will be charged separately for each shipment.

If you would like us to include a personal message with your shipments, simply write your message in the “Notes” section during the checkout process. We will not include messages with profanity, threatening language or other messages that we deem inappropriate.
When you choose the gift wrap option for an item, we will automatically include a gift receipt (prices removed, of course). If you need a gift receipt for an item that you are not having gift wrapped, let us know in the “Notes” section of the checkout process, and we will be sure to include one.
