We will happily accept unworn, undamaged or defective product for exchange or refund within 21 days of ship date. Sale items are a final sale and therefore are not eligible for exchange or return. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. Once your return is processed, a credit will be issued for the merchandise amount only. Shipping charges are not refundable. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to post to your account. Requests to exchange merchandise received as a gift must be accompanied by a gift receipt.
Items purchased through alexisbittar.com may be exchanged in Alexis Bittar boutiques within 21 days of purchase. Product must be unworn, undamaged and accompanied by a print out of the original confirmation email. On-line purchases will not be refunded in Alexis Bittar boutiques. For refunds on returned items, see the procedure below to return the items to Alexisbittar.com.

Requests to exchange merchandise received as a gift must be accompanied by a gift receipt. Items purchased through other retailers are not eligible for exchange or store credit in Alexis Bittar boutiques or alexisbittar.com.
To return or exchange an item, please follow these simple steps:
1. Log in to your account.
2. Click on Order History
3. Select Order you would like to return
4. Click on " Create Return" and follow instructions to obtain a return authorization
Please include a copy of your Return Authorization inside the package and make sure the RA# is written clearly on the outside of the package. A Return Authorization must be obtained BEFORE returning any items. For your security, please return your gift with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. Alexis Bittar, Inc. is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. PRICE ADJUSTMENT
We gladly honor one-time price adjustments on full-price merchandise within seven days of the retail purchase or ship date if accompanied by the original receipt. Items not purchased at full price are ineligible for price adjustments. Prices are subject to change at any time. We reserve the right to cancel orders containing erroneous prices including those due to technical or administrative errors on our part. PAYMENT OPTIONS
We accept the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Checks and money orders are not accepted. For security purposes, please do not send cash or include your credit card number in any email communication. GIFT CERTIFICATES
Alexis Bittar on-line gift certificates may be used on purchases made through alexisbittar.com. Unfortunately, at this time, web gift certificates are not good in Alexis Bittar boutiques, nor are store gift certificates good on alexisbittar.com. Both on-line and Alexis Bittar boutique gift certificates expire a year from the original issue date. PERSONAL MESSAGES AND GIFT RECEIPT
If you would like us to include a personal message with your shipments, simply write your message in the “Notes” section during the checkout process. We will transcribe it to an Alexis Bittar note card and include it with your order. We will not include messages with profanity, threatening language or other messages that we deem inappropriate.
When you chose the gift wrap option for an item, we will automatically include a gift receipt (prices removed, of course). If you need a gift receipt for an item that you are not having gift wrapped, let us know in the notes section of the check out process, and we’ll be sure to include one. SALES TAX
Applicable sales tax will be charged on total merchandise, including shipping & handling fees, for orders shipped to: NY, CT, MA, IL and CA. CHARGING YOUR CREDIT CARD
We do not charge your credit card until we ship your order to you. Orders are subject to verification and acceptance before shipping. We are not responsible for typographical errors. MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS

We offer free UPS ground shipping on all orders over $150 (excluding taxes and shipping) to the continental United States.
We offer shipping via UPS on all domestic orders. Please note that UPS will not deliver to P.O. Boxes. The following charges apply to packages shipped in the continental United States. We ship UPS Worldwide Express for all orders outside of the United States. Actuals costs for international shipping are calculated after you have added items to your cart and filled in the shipping address information on the website.

All orders shipped outside of the United States are subject to additional shipping charges based on the end country's taxes, tariffs and duties. These fees are not associated with Alexis Bittar, Inc and are to be paid by the recipient upon delivery. PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIMES
Orders are processed, shipped and delivered Monday through Friday only. Orders are not processed, shipped or delivered on national holidays. All orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or on a national holiday, will be processed the following business day. Order processing time includes item selection, handling, packaging and shipping. While most orders are ready for shipping within 24 hours of placing your order, some orders take additional time. Please allow 48 hours for processing. All orders placed after 3:00 PM (EST) will begin processing the following business day. We reserve the right to hold orders for verification. All orders billed and/or shipped outside of the continental United States, Hawaii or Alaska must have the same billing and shipping address. REPAIR POLICY
We will do our best to cover basic repairs and manufacturing defects on any item made by Alexis Bittar, Inc and sold through an authorized Alexis Bittar dealer. All items submitted for repair must be accompanied by a sales receipt.
Lost items are not considered a manufacturing defect. We recommend that you periodically inspect claps and other closures for secure fit. If adjusting is needed, please submit for repair.
We cannot make a single earring to replace a lost mate. We can help you find a replacement pair or similar pair to purchase at full retail price.
Repairs will not be made on items purchased from an unauthorized retailer or when the damage was caused by neglect, accident, alteration, or other factors not due to defects in the workmanship or materials.

It’s helpful if you attach a photo, but not required. We will respond with a return authorization number and instructions on how to proceed. Items returned without a return authorization number or sales receipt from an authorized Alexis Bittar Retailer will not be accepted.
If your item has been manufactured within the last year, there will be no charge for the repair. If your item is older than one year, you will be charged a minimum of $26.95 for basic repairs plus return shipping. Any item that needs to be re-plated, soldered or refurbished will be subject to a cost that will be determined once the item has been inspected by our artisans in our Brooklyn workshop. All repairs are subject to shipping charges.
Please note, because our items are made by hand with specially selected stones and other elements, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to repair your item. If we are unable to repair an item manufactured within the last year, we may suggest a replacement of similar value from the current line.
