Return Policy

alexisbittar.com will accept items for exchange or credit within 21 days of purchase. Item must be returned in new and resaleable condition. Sale items are non-returnable. Exchanges and Returns will be subject to shipping charges. Once your return is processed, you will receive a credit by email. We can not refund shipping charges on returned items.

All Antique Jewelry is considered a FINAL SALE and cannot be returned for any reason.

Items received as gifts may be exchanged for another item of equal or greater value.

To return or exchange an item, please follow these simple steps:

1. Log in to your account.

2. Click on Order History

3. Select Order you would like to return

4. Click on " Create Return" and follow instructions to obtain a return authorization

Please include a copy of your Return Authorization inside the package and make sure the RA# is written clearly on the outside of the package. A Return Authorization must be obtained BEFORE returning any items.

For your security, please return your gift with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. Alexis Bittar, Inc. is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

Shipping Policy

alexisbittar.com offers shipping via UPS. Please note that UPS will not deliver to P.O. Boxes. The following charges apply to packages shipped in the United States. We ship over seas and to Canada. Shipping rates are calculated after you have added items to your cart and filled in the shipping address information. We only ship UPS Worldwide Express for all orders outside of the United States.

** Please note that Three Day, Two Day and Overnight Delivery refers only to delivery time and not to the time needed to prepare your order. While most orders are ready for shipping within one day of ordering, some orders take additional time. UPS only delivers Monday-Friday, therefore Overnight Delivery shipped on a Friday will arrive on Monday.

* Shipping times are approximate.
* Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Saturday and holidays.
* Alaska,Hawaii, and Canada orders will be charged and shipped via the UPS 2nd Day Service or faster, if requested.

SHIPPING OVER SEAS AND TO CANADA

ALL ORDERS SHIPPED OVER SEAS AND TO CANADA ARE SUBJECT TO ADDITIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES BASED ON THE END COUNTRY'S TAXES, TARIFFS AND DUTIES. THESE FEES ARE NOT ASSOCIATED WITH ALEXIS BITTAR INC AND ARE TO BE PAID BY THE CUSTOMER UPON DELIVERY.

Repair Policy

We will repair any design purchased through AlexisBittar.com. Please email service@alexisbittar.com for instructions. Please include your name, telephone number, order id number and a brief description of the problem. We will respond with instructions on how to proceed.

If your item has been manufactured within the last year, there will be no charge for the repair. If your item is older than one year, you will be charged $26.95 for the repair and return shipping. Any item that needs to be re-plated, soldered or refurbished will be subject to a cost that will be determined once the item has been inspected. All repairs are subject to shipping charges.

Please return the damaged item to one of our Alexis Bittar Boutiques.

ANOTHER RETAILER

Please return the damaged item to the store you originally purchased it from. They will be able to assist you with your repair.
