I’ve been pushing in fashion the clip on earring for the last 5 years, so I’m super happy that it finally is making its mark editorially.

I love the 2 images of a woman wearing a large clip on.

One is slightly the “Alfred Hitchcock Woman” who pulls her hair back and wears a classic clip on. The other is more of an “Indie-New-Breakfast-Club-Girl” who is just discovering the 1980′s.

Either way, the clip on adds a sense of subtle seriousness with a bit of humor that feels modern again.

As a side note- this will be my last post until after all the Holiday madness. I hope everyone has a great time and I’ll be back after the New Year!
