My friend Leeora, who designs the jewelry line “nOir” and Stacy London from “What Not to Wear” decided to have a “recently single party” for me.
Leeora figured a Fiesta would be a good theme to cheer me up.
They were also trying to set me up with a bunch of single, age-appropriate-suitors; A hard thing to pull off. Super sweet… but it didn’t work out that way.
I have to admit that friends are the best.
I did meet an amazing mother (age, 70) and daughter (age 37) who like to party together. They gave me some love advice while they downed margaritas.
In addition, I met Christine Quinn’s hairdresser, David, who turned out to be one of the funniest people I’ve ever met.

Stacy, Edwin and I’m giving “pimp”
Stacy giving me a kiss.
On a side note: I’m trying to find a confident-smart-successful-entrepreneurial-man-around-49 -years-old for her, so if anyone has suggestions…. She is a super catch. If I were straight, I would be all over that.
Me, Stacy and Leeora’s son.
Another recent single newbie, Brett Wolfe wearing a Charivari tee shirt….impressive! Charivari was one of the only jobs I held down, back in 1987.
